There’s moments in time I wish I could go back and grab things I left undone 
Like a lost hug or a finale goodbye 
Make things happy that I left  so sad
I guess we all have lived and learned from the lessons that we wrote in life ourselves 
Like a unfinished letter or unread book
We left sitting on the old dusty shelf’s 
But I guess that’s what living is all about 
Learning from our mistakes and wrongs
Playing the memories from our life’s songs
But God knows” yes God knows
That we had to fall
So we could depend on him
Places and faces that are in my life today
Make me realize how far I have come
What I thought I had left unfinished 
God never saw it as undone
Laughter and joy now fill my heart 
From the ones I have to love now
If you would ask me to explain it all
Only God knew it all somehow

So i guess it all did end up right 
And love did find me again
Hearts were healed and life went on
So leave yesterday behind and let today begin
